How to Access Calendar View for Organisation Events
The Calendar View allows organisers to visually browse and manage events by date, switch between time ranges, and quickly access key event actions.
Accessing the Calendar View

Navigate to Organisation → Organization Events.

Two view options appear at the top: List and Calendar.

List is selected by default.

Click Calendar to switch to the calendar-based layout.

Using the Calendar Layout
When Calendar View loads:

Events are displayed according to the selected time range.

Current day is highlighted.

Each event tile shows Event Title and Status.
- Status Refers to the state of the modules of the event
- Landing Page
- Registrations form

A view switcher is available: Month / Week / Day (defaults to Month view).

Default Behaviour

List View loads by default when visiting the Events Listing page.

When switching to Calendar View, Month View is selected by default.
- View will default back to list on refresh.
