This guide explains how to update or customize the welcome video to ensure users receive relevant onboarding instructions. ### 1. Add the Welcome Video Title and Upload the Video - Enter the **Welcome Video Title**. - Upload a video in one of the following formats: **MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, FLV**. - Uploading a video will automatically populate the **Welcome Video URL** field. - Alternatively, paste a **Welcome Video URL** manually. - Select the **Welcome Video Play Only Once** toggle to **Yes** if you want the video to appear only on the first login. - Otherwise, leave it at **No** to show the video on each login. ![](https://help.vfairs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-11-2025-02-11-24-8758-PM.png?width=688&height=360&name=image-png-Mar-11-2025-02-11-24-8758-PM.png) ### 4.
