These limits are useful when you have limited capacity for specific options and need to cap the number of registrants who can select each option. ### **Overview** Use option limits to control how many times each option in a **Dropdown, Checkbox, or Radio Button** field can be selected in your registration form. ### **Steps to Configure** ### **1. Set Option Limits** Click **Set Limit** to open the option limits popup. From here, you can: - Search through available options. - Set a limit for each option individually. - View the total number of options with limits applied. Save and Apply** Once your limits are configured, click **Save** to apply the changes. How Option Limits Work - When a registrant selects an option with a limit, the available count is automatically deducted when the form is submitted. - If a user updates their profile and changes their option selection, the previous option's count is refreshed and the new option's count is deducted. -
