Whether it's engagement metrics, user activity, or custom registration fields, vFairs makes it easy to generate these insights. Here’s how you can access and generate custom reports on the platform.


Steps to Access Custom Reports

1. Go to the Analytics Section

  • From your event dashboard, navigate to the Analytics section in the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Open the Event Analytics Screen

  • Click on Event Analytics to open the reporting interface.

3. Select Report Type

  • In the Report Type dropdown, scroll and select "Custom Reports" from the list.

  • Some reports can be accessed by clicking the relevant Report tab present under the report category field.

4. Fill in the Required Fields

  • Depending on the report configuration, you may need to:

5. Click the Download Report Button
