# How to Access and Generate Custom Reports on vFairs
## Whether it's engagement metrics, user activity, or custom registration fields, vFairs makes it easy to generate these insights. Here’s how you can access and generate custom reports on the platform.

### **Steps to Access Custom Reports**
#### **1. Go to the Analytics Section**
- From your event dashboard, navigate to the **Analytics** section in the left-hand navigation menu.
#### **2. Open the Event Analytics Screen**
- Click on **Event Analytics** to open the reporting interface.
#### **3. Select Report Type**
- In the **Report Type** dropdown, scroll and select **"Custom Reports"** from the list.
- Some reports can be accessed by clicking the relevant Report tab present under the report category field.
#### **4. Fill in the Required Fields**
- Depending on the report configuration, you may need to:
- Choose a date range
- Select specific modules or filters
- Define user types or data categories
#### **5. Click the Download Report Button**
- Once all fields are filled out, click the **"Download Report"** button located at the **bottom-right corner** of the screen.
