How to Access Automated Zoom Sessions Recordings from the Backend

Learn how to access and download Vimeo and MP4 recordings for sessions hosted as automated Zoom webinars or meetings, so event organizers can review and use the recordings as needed.

1. Navigate to Backend > Agenda & Speakers > Sessions Listing.

2. Use the filters to locate sessions scheduled as Automated Zoom Webinars or Automated Zoom Meetings.

3. For each session where Zoom Auto Recording is enabled, click the three-dot menu under the Actions column.

4. Select Zoom Session Recordings from the dropdown.

5. A Recordings modal will appear, showing the available recording formats, including:

1. Video URL
2. Zoom MP4 Recordings:
  1. Shared Screen with Speaker View
  2. Shared Screen Only
  3. Active Speaker View

6. Use the copy icon to copy any link, or click the download icon to download the corresponding MP4 recording.
