How to Access & Play Replay URLs of Sessions

Learn how to locate replay URLs for completed live sessions and add them to session records for the on-demand viewing period, ensuring attendees can access session content after the live event has ended.

1. Head over to the backend's "Agenda & Speakers" section.

2. Access the "Sessions" sub-menu

3. Scroll down to the concluded session, whose replay URL has been processed.

4. Access the 3 dots under the "Actions" column.

5. Click on the "Update Replay URL" option in the sub-menu.

6. Copy the link from the pop up and paste it in the sessions creation drawer's "Replay URL field.
