How to Access Submissions as an Author/Co-Author

Learn how to login to the author/co-author dashboard including logging into the dashboard, completing user profile, and seeing the associated submissions along with their statuses.

1. Click on the invite link received in the invite email.

2. Upon clicking the invite link, the user will be redirected to the password setup screen. After setting up the password, the configured password along with the email address where the initial email was received will serve as the login credentials for accessing the author/co-author dashboard.

3. Enter the created login credentials to be redirected to the dashboard.

4. The user will be redirected to the author/co-author portal with the list of all of the submissions to whom they have been associated with.

Following are the controls that can be adjusted by author in the listing section:

- Search and Filters and functionality

- Ability to add/remove columns from the listing section as per preference

- Columns specifying submission titles, author details, categories to whom the submissions have been associated with (if applicable), date on which the submission was made by the submitter, status of the submission, tracks to whom the submission has been associated with (if applicable), and the ability to view the submission.

5. Upon clicking the "Eye Icon" under the actions column. A detailed view of the submission will pop up with the filled form fields as submitted by the submitter.

An author/co-author will also have the ability to download a "PDF version" of the submission.

6. The author/co-author will also have the ability to edit/update their profile through the "Update Profile" option that exists in the dropdown at the top right hand side section of the dashboard.

7. In case a user exists as both submitter and author in the event, then a profile switcher option will appear in the dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the screen allowing users to switch between submitter and author dashboards to manage controls associated with both of the roles.
