How to Add Custom Fonts in Your Badge Design

Learn how to upload and use custom fonts in your badge designs for a more personalized and branded experience.

Step 1: Download the Font

  1. Go to fonts.google.com
  2. Select your desired font
  3. Click Get FontDownload All




This will download a ZIP file containing the font files.

Step 2: Extract the Font File

  1. Extract (unzip) the downloaded file
  2. Locate the font files inside

  3. Choose the required file:
    • .ttf or .otf
    • Select the desired weight (e.g., Regular, Bold)

Step 3: Upload the Font in Backend

  1. Go to: event.vfairs.com/backend/v2/app-fonts
  2. Click Add Fonts


  3. Enter the Font Name
    1. After extracting the font files, locate the .ttf or .otf file you selected
    2. Use the exact file name (e.g., Roboto-Regular) as the font name
  4. Upload the .ttf or .otf file

  5. Save the font

Important: The font name is case-sensitive and must match exactly.

Step 4: Use the Font in Badge Designer

  1. Go to Badge Designer
  2. Open or edit a badge
  3. Select an existing text field or add a new one
  4. Open the Font Family dropdown
  5. Select your uploaded font

Your custom font will now be applied to the badge.
