# How to Change the Booth Hall Background
## This guide will walk you through the steps to update the booth hall background to better align with your event’s theme or branding.
### Step 1: Access the Booth Management Section
Begin by logging into your event management system with your administrator credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the **Booth Management** section in the left navigation menu.
### Step 2: Enter the Settings Interface
Within the Booth Management dashboard, click the **Settings** button, found at the top right of the screen.
### Step 3: Select Booth Hall Settings
In the booth settings, identify 'Hall Background' field and add URL or upload the background image in it.
### Step 4: Save and Apply the Changes
Once you are satisfied with the new background, save the changes by clicking on the 'Update Settings' button present in the bottom right of the screen. This will update the background across the booth hall in your event layout.
### Step 5: Verify the Update
Finally, check the live event environment or a test version to ensure the new background is displaying correctly. This verification will confirm that the visual update has been successfully applied and is visible to attendees and exhibitors.
