How to Clear Scavenger Hunt Ranking

This guide explains how to reset all assigned scavenger hunt points to zero using the "Clear All Rankings" function. This is especially useful for removing test data before an event goes live.

Steps to Clear Leaderboard Rankings

1. Go to Your Event Backend

   • Log in to the backend of your event.

2. Navigate to Scavenger Hunt

   • From the left-side menu, go to Engagement.

   • Click on Scavenger Hunt.
     

3. Clear All Rankings

   • On the Scavenger hunt page, click the "Clear All Rankings" button at the top.

   • This will reset all user scores and points to 0.
     

   Note: Use this option with caution. It is intended to remove test or demo data before the actual event begins.
