How to Configure Available Booth Icons in Booth Builder

Organizers can control which booth icons are available to exhibitors in the Booth Builder. This allows you to customize the booth design experience and ensure exhibitors only have access to the icons relevant to your event. By default, all available booth icons are enabled

How to Configure Available Booth Icons
  1. Go to Exhibitor Management.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Open Available Booth Icons.
  4. Select the icons you want to make available in the Booth Builder.
  5. Save your changes.

How It Works

  • The selected icons will be available for exhibitors when configuring their booths in the Booth Builder.
  • Exhibitors can use these icons to customize the appearance and functionality of their booths.
  • Any icons that are not selected will not appear in the Booth Builder.

Default Behavior

  • By default, all booth icons are selected and available to exhibitors.
  • Organizers can remove individual icons as needed.

Hiding the Booth Icons Section

If no icons are selected:

  • The Booth Icons section will be automatically hidden from the Booth Builder.
  • Exhibitors will not see the option to add or configure booth icons.

This can be useful when you want to simplify the booth setup experience or prevent the use of booth icons altogether.

Notes

  • Changes apply to all exhibitors within the event.
  • Newly configured icon settings are reflected in the Booth Builder immediately.
  • Only the icons selected by the organizer will be available for use by exhibitors.
