This guide provides step-by-step instructions for both end-users and admins to use and manage the shipment date selection feature.
The Shipment Date Selection feature allows users to select a shipment date for their orders directly from a calendar view. Admins can enable or disable this functionality and configure restricted shipment dates through the E-commerce Module Settings.
End-User Guide
Step 1: Access the Shipment Date Selection

Navigate to the E-commerce Table within the platform.

Each product/order row contains a Select Shipment Date button or a calendar icon.
Step 2: Open the Calendar View

Click the Select Shipment Date button to open a calendar widget.

The calendar will display:

Available Dates (highlighted and selectable).

Restricted Dates (grayed out and unavailable for selection).

Step 3: Select a Shipment Date

Click on an available date to select it.

To reset your selection, click the Reset Selection button.
Step 4: Save and Review Selection

Click Save to confirm your selected shipment date.

The selected shipment date will appear in the corresponding row of the e-commerce table under "Selected shipment date for this order."

The selected shipment date will also be displayed in the cart page against the respective product.
Admin Guide
Step 1: Enable Shipment Date Selection

Log in to the admin back-end portal.

Navigate to Data Management Tab in E-commerce Settings.

Locate and enable the Shipment Date Selection toggle to activate the feature.
Step 2: Select Available Shipment Dates

Navigate to the Shipment Date Selection page in E-commerce Settings.

The admin will select the specific dates that will be available for attendees to choose from.

Below the calendar, a summary of selected available dates will be displayed for review.

Admins can modify or remove selected dates as needed before saving.
Step 3: Save and Preview Changes

Click Save to apply the settings.

Use the Preview Calendar option to review how users will see the available shipment dates.
