[Registration & Ticketing](https://help.vfairs.com/knowledge/registration-ticketing?hsLang=en) # How to Create a Form Elements Library ## Save and reuse form fields across events by creating a shared element library in the Form Builder. **Steps to Configure** ### **1. Open the Library Section** Once in the form canvas, click on the **Build** tab and navigate to the **Library** section in the left panel. ![](https://help.vfairs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2026-09-34-58-4745-AM.png?width=2940&height=1534&name=image-png-Oct-02-2026-09-34-58-4745-AM.png) This section stores **form elements** for reuse across other events within the same organization. ### **3. Save Elements to the Library** To save a form element: 1. **Hover** over any form field or widget on your form. 2. In the popup window, **name your element**, optionally add a description, and select where to save it: 2. **Organization Library** – to reuse this element across multiple events within your organization. 3. **Event Library** – to reuse the element multiple times within the same event. Reuse Saved Elements** Once saved, your element will automatically appear in the **Library** section for all forms under the same organization.
