You can search, filter, choose which columns appear and act on any task directly from its row. **1. Search and Filter Tasks** - Type in the **Search tasks** field to find a task by name. - Click on a status filter to narrow the list: **All**, **Awaiting my approval**, **Not started**, **In progress**, **Completed** or **Overdue**. Each shows its count. - Click on **Filters** to filter by **Event**. Search for an event and tick one or more. Choose Which Columns to Show** - Click on the **Select Columns** button above the table. - Tick or untick columns. They are grouped under **Task details**, **Assignment**, **Workflow** and **Record**, and the counter at the top shows how many are on (for example, 4/14). Task name is always on. - Type in **Search columns** to find a column quickly. - Click on **Apply**. Click on a sortable column header to sort by it. **3. Use Row Actions** Each task row has these actions: - **View submissions** (eye icon): opens the task’s submissions page. Clicking on the row does the same. - **Edit task** (pencil icon): opens the task in the edit drawer. - **Delete task** (bin icon): removes the task. - **Duplicate task** (copy icon): creates a copy of the task. -
