From the dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu. Under Marketing, click on Email Campaigns.
Locate the Follow up email campaign for which you want to download stats. Click the three vertical dots icon under the Actions column for that campaign.
From the dropdown menu, select Stats.
A "Download Campaign Stats" pop-up will appear. You will see three options to choose what to include in your download:
Select Complete Report to download stats for the parent campaign and all associated follow-up emails.
Select Parent Campaign Only to download stats exclusively for the main campaign email.
Select Select Individual Emails to choose specific follow-up emails for which you want to download stats. Check the boxes next to the desired emails.
After making your selection, click the Download CSV button to export the campaign statistics.
A success message "Campaign stats downloaded successfully." will appear at the top right of the screen, indicating that your download has started.
