How to Extract Report of Session Q&A from the Backend

Learn how to extract a Session Q&A Report from the backend analytics to view submitted questions, the users who asked them, responses shared, and their moderation statuses.

1. Navigate to the Analytics area in the backend and click on the Post Event Reports sub-menu.

2. From the Report Type dropdown menu, select Sessions Q&A.

3. Choose the specific Session for which you want to generate the report.

  • To include data for all sessions, select All Sessions.

4. Set the From and To dates to filter the report based on the desired time period.

5. Click on Generate Report. A CSV file containing detailed Q&A data will be automatically downloaded to your device.

6. The CSV report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all questions asked during sessions, along with responses and engagement details.

The key columns included in the report are:

  • Session Title – Name of the session.

  • Session ID – Unique identifier for the session.

  • Name – Name of the user who asked or responded.

  • Email – Email address of the user who asked or responded.

  • User Role – Role of the user within the event (e.g., attendee, speaker).

  • Date/Time – Timestamp of when the question or response was posted.

  • Question – Text of the question submitted.

  • Status – specifies whether the question was answered/unanswered.

  • Response – Answer provided to the question.

  • Total Replies – Number of replies to the question.

  • Public Visibility – Indicates whether the question was publicly visible.
