How to Generate User Segment–Wise Statistics

Learn how to generate detailed statistics based on different user segments. This facilitates event organizers to extract details of the users who are either manually associated with the segment or are segmented based on user conditions per segment.

1. Navigate to the "Participants" section in the backend and open the "Segments" tab.

2. Click the "Create Segment" button to define a new user segment.

3. Once your segment has been created and appears in the listing, locate the stats download icon under the "Action" column.

4. Click this icon to download a CSV file containing detailed information about users within that segment—whether they were added manually or filtered automatically based on the conditions set during segment creation.
