# How to Generate and Download Invoices for Approved Booth Negotiations
## Learn how to generate and download invoices for approved Booth Negotiations. This guide walks you through accessing the feature, downloading the PDF, and understanding the invoice details.
#### **Overview**
The **Booth Negotiation Invoice** feature allows users to generate and download invoices once a booth negotiation is finalized and reaches the **Approved** status.
Invoices include booth-specific details and a structured table listing all negotiated terms. Once approved, a **Download Invoice** icon appears in the **Action** column, allowing users to download a **PDF invoice** instantly.
#### **Step-by-Step Guide**
### **1. Accessing the Booth Negotiation Tab**
- Navigate to the **Exhibitor Management** tab in the left-side panel.
- Click on the **Booth Negotiation** sub-tab at the top.
- Locate the list of booths with ongoing negotiations.
- Find a booth with the **Approved** status (negotiation finalized).
### **2. Downloading an Invoice**
- In the **Action** column, locate the **Download Invoice** icon.
- If the booth negotiation is **not yet approved**, the icon will remain disabled.
- Click the **Download Invoice** icon to generate and download a **PDF invoice**.
### **3. Understanding the Invoice Format**
The downloaded **PDF invoice** includes:
- **Booth Details:** Supplier name, supplier contact, and booth-specific information.
- **Negotiated Fees Table:**
- Booth Size
- Booth Fee
- Tech Fee
- **Approval Details:** Distributor and Supplier approvals with timestamps.
### **4. Verifying the Invoice**
- Confirm the **layout is in landscape mode**.
- Check that **booth details and negotiated terms** are accurately displayed.
- Ensure all **finalized prices and fees** match the approved booth negotiation.
- Clicking the **Download Invoice** icon should instantly generate and download the invoice.
#### **Access Control**
✅ **All user roles** can generate and download invoices for approved booth negotiations.
#### **Troubleshooting**
🔹 If the **Download Invoice** icon is disabled, ensure the booth negotiation is **approved**.
🔹 If invoice details appear incorrect, verify the Booth Negotiation details.
🔹 If the invoice fails to download, try refreshing the page or contact support.
By following these steps, users can efficiently generate and manage booth negotiation invoices, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth processing.
