[Speaker Management](https://help.vfairs.com/knowledge/agenda-management?hsLang=en#speaker-management) # How to Initiate Speaker Registration Confirmation Emails in Bulk ## Learn how Event organizers can initiate the Speaker Registration Confirmation Email for multiple speakers at once directly from the Speakers Listing. This allows organizers to send registration confirmation emails in bulk instead of initiating them individually. **Step 1**: Open the Speakers Listing 1. From the event backend, navigate to **Sessions**. 2. Select **Speakers** to open the Speakers Listing. **Step 2**: Select Speakers 1. Use the checkbox next to each speaker to select the speakers you want to email. 2. You can select one or multiple speakers. 3. To select all available speakers, use **Select All**. Once at least one speaker is selected, the floating bulk-action bar appears at the bottom of the screen. From the floating bulk-action bar, click **More**. 2. Locate the **Emails** section in the menu. 3. Select **Initiate Speaker Registration Confirmation Email**. > **Note:** The email action is only available when one or more speakers are selected. > > ![](https://help.vfairs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-09-2026-07-32-59-6365-AM.png?width=2468&height=1449&name=image-png-Sep-09-2026-07-32-59-6365-AM.png) **Step 4**: Review the Confirmation A confirmation modal will appear with the title: **Initiate Speaker Registration Confirmation Email?** The modal will display the number of selected speakers: **"You are about to initiate the Speaker Registration Confirmation Email for X selected speaker(s). Click **Initiate Email**. 2. The confirmation modal will close. 3. The Speaker Registration Confirmation Email will be initiated for all selected speakers. 4. The speaker selection will automatically clear. 5. The floating bulk-action bar will disappear. Click **Cancel** in the confirmation modal. You can also close the modal by: - Pressing **Esc** - Clicking outside the modal The email will not be initiated, and your existing speaker selection will remain intact. **Important Notes** - The email can only be initiated when at least one speaker is selected. - The number of speakers displayed in the confirmation modal and success message reflects the exact number selected. - The action is available only from the **Speakers Listing**. - Existing speaker bulk actions such as **Change Status** and **Delete** remain available. - Speaker-specific email initiation does not affect the existing bulk actions or workflows available in the Sessions Listing. - The email template initiated is titles "**Speaker Registration Confirmation**" in the system emails. -
