How to Moderate Session Questions as an Event Organizer or Speaker

Learn how to navigate to the Q&A moderation panel and ensure that only relevant, high-quality questions make it to the live discussion. This allows you to maintain a smooth session flow and encourages meaningful audience interactions.

Event Owner / Admin Flow

Follow the steps below to access and manage session questions as an Event Owner or Admin:

  1. Navigate to the Sessions Listing section in the backend.

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the session you want to moderate.

  3. Select “Questions” from the dropdown menu.

  1. A Q&A Moderation Panel will open, allowing you to perform the following actions:

    • Toggle Question Visibility: Enable or disable a question’s status to control whether it appears to attendees.

    • Delete Questions: Permanently remove individual questions from the session.

    • Copy Question Link: Generate a shareable link for a specific question to display externally for live audiences.

    • Download Questions: Export all session questions as a CSV file for record-keeping or review.


     
    • Bulk Delete: Remove all questions submitted for that session in one action.

Speaker / Session Moderator Flow

Speakers and session moderators can also manage Q&A for their assigned sessions by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Speaker Portal.

  2. In the Actions column, click the Questions icon for the session you want to moderate.

3. A Q&A Moderation Panel will appear, where you can:

    • Toggle Question Visibility: Enable or disable a question’s status.

    • Delete Questions: Remove individual questions from the session.

    • Copy Question Link: Share a specific question externally with the live audience.

    • Download Questions: Export all session questions as a CSV file.
