Designing the Badge

Before previewing badges in the Onsite App, make sure your badge design has already been created.

Enabling Badge Printing Mode

1. Open the vFairs Onsite App.
2. Log in using your credentials.
3. Open App Settings.
4. At the top of the screen, make sure the Badge Printing radial button is selected.

This ensures the app is running in Badge Printing mode.

Previewing a Badge

1. Return to the Home screen.
   
   
2. Open the User Listing screen.
3. Locate any attendee in the list.
4. Long press on the attendee card.
   
   

The badge preview for that attendee will open, allowing you to review the badge design before printing.
