How to Receive a Text Once an Attendee Shows Up to the Event

To receive a text notification when an attendee arrives at your event, you need to enable the SMS Settings within the vFairs platform. By configuring SMS notifications, you will be alerted when attendees check in or show up at the event.

Steps to Enable SMS Settings

  1. Log in to the Backend
    • Start by logging into the backend of the vFairs platform with your admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to Badge Printing App
    • Once logged in, go to the Badge Printing App section.
  3. Access Badge Printing Settings
    • In the Badge Printing App section, click on Badge Printing Settings.
  4. Configure SMS Settings
    • In the Badge Printing Settings, locate the SMS Configuration section.
    • Enable the "Send SMS Notification on Badge Print?" setting and configure it to send notifications when an attendee shows up at the event.
  5. Save the Changes
    • After setting up the SMS notifications, make sure to save the changes by clcking Update Settings button at bottom right of the screen.
