How to Reorder Booth Videos

This guide explains how event admins or booth owners can change the display order of booth videos. Reordering ensures that the most important or latest videos appear first on the event’s frontend.

Steps to Reorder Booth Videos

1. Access the Event Backend

   • Log in to your event’s backend dashboard.

2. Navigate to Booth Video Management

   • Go to Exhibitor Management in the left menu.

   • Select Booth, then click on Booth Video.

     

3. Open the Reorder Tool

   • Click the Reorder button located at the top-left of the video list.

     

4. Rearrange the Videos

   • Drag and drop the videos into your desired sequence.

   • The order you set here will determine how the videos appear on the booth’s public page.

     

5. Save Changes

   • After reordering, your changes will apply the new sequence.

Result on the Frontend

Once saved, the booth videos will display on the web front in the exact order you set, ensuring visitors see them according to your preferred priority.
