How to See How Many Coupons Were Used

To track the usage of coupons during an event, you can extract this information from the Payment Report. This report provides detailed insights into coupon usage, including the number of coupons redeemed during the event.

Steps to View Coupon Usage

  1. Access the Analytic Section
    • Login to backend portal and head towards Analytic section in the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Post Event Report
    • In the Analytic section, click on Post Event Report.
  3. Choose the Payment Report
    • From the dropdown menu, you will find the Payment Report option. Select it to access the report.
  4. Extract Coupon Usage Information
    • Once the Payment Report is generated, you can view the data related to coupon usage, including the total number of coupons used during the event.
