How to Segment Users Based on Their Purchased Tickets

Learn how to create user segments based on the ticket types they’ve registered for, enabling you to manage and customize their access to specific event entities and content.

1. Navigate to the Participants section in the backend and open the Segments sub-menu.

2. Click on the Create Segment button.

3. Fill out the required details in the segment creation drawer.

4. Under the User Conditions section, define the following condition:

  • Property: Ticket ID

  • Condition: Equal to

  • Value: Ticket Name

Note: Ensure that payment packages (tickets) have been created under Registration > Tickets for them to appear in the Value dropdown.


5. Once the segment is created, users will automatically be filtered based on the specified ticket type, allowing you to define access rules and visibility for that segment.
