How to Set Up Floor, Hall, and Booth Backgrounds
Event Floors allow organizers to organize booths into different halls or floors and customize the appearance of each area. By configuring floor settings, organizers can: Set a custom hall or floor background. Assign a default booth background to all booths on a floor. Create multiple floors or halls within the same event. These settings help create a more engaging and visually organized exhibit hall experience.

Managing Existing Floors
Notes
- Go to Exhibitor Management.
- Navigate to Settings

- Select Manage Floors.

Default Event Floor
Every event includes a default floor named Event Floor. This floor can be edited at any time to update its name and background settings.
How to Create a New Floor
- In the Manage Floors section, click Add Floor.
- Configure the following fields:
Floor Name
Enter the name of the floor or hall.

Floor Background (Hall Background)
Upload a background image for the floor.
Purpose:
- This image serves as the hall or floor background.
- It is displayed in the exhibit hall when using the Scroll View layout.
- Attendees will see this background while browsing booths assigned to that floor.

Booth Background
Upload a booth background image.
Purpose:
- This image becomes the default booth background for all booths assigned to the floor.
- Any booth associated with the floor will automatically inherit this background.

How to Update a Hall or Floor Background
- Go to Exhibitor Management → Settings → Manage Floors.
- Select the floor you want to update.
- Upload a new image in the Floor Background field.
- Save your changes.
The updated background will be displayed as the hall background for that floor.
How to Update a Booth Background for All Booths on a Floor
- Go to Exhibitor Management → Settings → Manage Floors.
- Edit the desired floor.
- Upload a new image in the Booth Background field.
- Save your changes.
All booths associated with that floor will use the configured booth background.
Managing Existing Floors
Organizers can edit existing floors at any time to:
- Change the floor name.
- Update the hall/floor background.
- Update the default booth background.
- Manage the appearance of different areas within the exhibit hall.
Notes
- Every event includes a default Event Floor.
- Multiple floors can be created for a single event.
- Floor Background and Hall Background refer to the same setting.
- Floor backgrounds are displayed in the exhibit hall's Scroll View.
- Booth backgrounds configured at the floor level apply to all booths associated with that floor.
