How to Upload and Access Alibaba Video URLs via the Backend

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to upload video files directly to the platform and extract their corresponding Alibaba-hosted video links from the backend.

1. Navigate to the Event Setup section in the backend and enable the toggle labeled "Optimize for access from Mainland China".

2. From the left-side menu, go to the Sessions section and select "Video Library".

3. In the Video Library, switch to the "Videos Uploaded on Chinese Cloud" tab, then click the "Add Video" button in the top-right corner.

4. You'll be redirected to the Video Upload Form where you can upload your desired video file. This will initiate the conversion process to generate an Alibaba-hosted video link.

5. Once uploaded, the video will appear in the listing under the "Videos Uploaded on Chinese Cloud" tab.

6. Monitor the processing status. Once completed, use the copy icon beside the video to extract the Alibaba video link for use across the platform.
