How to Use Dynamic tags in Email Campaigns

Learn how to add dynamic tags to email campaigns and to automatically capture event and user-specific details, making emails more personalized and engaging for recipients.

1. Navigate to the "Marketing" and then "Email Campaigns" sub-section in the backend.

2. Click on the "Create New Campaign" button if a new campaign is being added, or the pencil icon if the currently added campaign is being edited.

3. Click on the "Copy Tags" button in the campaign builder section.

4. A "Email Tags" pop up will appear with the tags that can be copied as per an email's requirement.

5. Select the "Tag Type" for the module for whom the tags are intended to be copied.

The required tag within a specific type can be searched via the "Search Tag" functionality as well.

6. Click on the desired tag for it to be copied.

7. Paste that tag in the email campaign being set up and accordingly the values will be picked up dynamically as soon as the campaign is initiated to respective audience.
