How to Use Live Booth Preview (Web & Mobile)

The Live Booth Preview feature allows exhibitors to see how their booth will appear to attendees in real time. You can preview your booth in both web and mobile app views, ensuring your design, content, and layout look correct before the event goes live.

Prerequisite

  • The Mobile Preview option is only available for Hybrid or In-Person events.
  • For virtual-only events, only the Web Preview will be visible.

How to Access Live Booth Preview

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Portal.
  2. Navigate to Configure Booth.
  3. On the top-right corner, locate the preview toggle.
     
  4. Switch between:
    • Web Preview
    • Mobile Preview (if applicable)

How Live Preview Works

  • Any updates made to your booth will reflect instantly in the preview, including:
    • Booth design and layout
    • Logos and branding
    • Booth links and icons
    • Documents and videos

Preview Modes Explained

Web Preview

  • Shows how your booth will appear on the web platform.
  • Ideal for checking layout, spacing, and desktop user experience.

Mobile Preview

  • Shows how your booth will appear on the mobile app.
  • Helps ensure proper formatting and usability for mobile users.
  • Available only for Hybrid and In-Person events.
