How to View and Download Pre - Approved System Email Stats

This article guides you through the process of accessing and downloading statistics for your Pre- Approved system email templates within the vFairs platform. You can view metrics such as sent, in process, clicked, open, and error counts for each template.

1. Navigate to System Email
From the admin panel, expand the Marketing section in the left navigation menu.

2. Click on System Emails to open the list of automated system-triggered email templates.

3. Locate the system email template for which you want to view statistics. For example, the Preapproved Template.

4. In the Actions column for the desired template, click the three vertical dots icon to open the actions menu.

5. From the dropdown menu, select Stats.

6. A pop-up window titled "Preapproved Template — Stats" will appear, displaying the statistics for the selected email template. Here you can see the number of emails Sent, In Process, Clicked, Open, and Error.

7. To download these statistics, click the Download Stats button within the pop-up window.

8. Click Close to dismiss the stats pop-up window.
