How to View Private Chat Logs

This article provides a step-by-step guide to accessing and filtering private chat logs from the backend for better communication insights.

Steps to Access Private Chat Logs

  1. Go to the Chat Backend

    • Navigate to the event's backend dashboard.

  2. Access Private Chat Logs

    • Click on Networking from the side menu.

    • Select Private Chat Logs from the dropdown.

  3. Apply Filters to View Desired Logs

    • Sender: Choose the user who has sent the message.

    • Receiver: Choose the user who has received the message.

    • Select Chat Duration: Set a date range to filter messages exchanged during that time period.

      • Note: If not specified, the system will display the complete chat history.

    • Keyword: Enter a keyword if you're searching for specific terms within the chat.

  4. Click the Search Button

    • Based on the filters applied, the chat logs will appear in the right pane.
