📘Managing Your Event Site’s Draft & Live Status

You can now control when your event site (both the registration form and landing page) is visible to the public. With the Publishing Toggle, you can keep your edits private until you're ready to go live—directly from the Launchpad.

Where to Find the Toggle

  1. Go to your event's Launchpad.

  2. Look for the section labeled “Feature Status”

  3. You’ll see a dropdown toggle with two options for each of your site sections:

    • Draft

    • Live

Switching Between Draft and Live

When you select either option, a confirmation modal will appear.

  • Switching to Live

    • You’ll see: “This Will Make the Event Site Live”

    • Your event site becomes visible to the public.

    • Any saved changes will be published immediately.

  • Switching to Draft

    • You’ll see: “This Will Unpublish the Event Site”

    • Your site becomes hidden from the public.

    • Users visiting the URL will see a 404 page with a message that the site is not currently published.

“Show Live Site” Button Behavior

  • If your event is in Live mode
Clicking “Show Live Site” will open the active, publicly accessible version.

  • If your event is in Draft mode
It will take you to a 404 page with a message indicating that the site is unpublished.

Limitations

  • Site-wide Status Only:
The Draft/Live toggle applies to the entire event site—including both the registration form and the landing page.
No per-page control is available currently
