Managing Your Event Site’s Draft, Live and Closed Status

You can now control when your event site (both the registration form and landing page) is visible to the public. With the Publishing Toggle, you can keep your edits private until you're ready to go live—directly from the Launchpad.

Where to Find the Toggle

  • Go to your event's Launchpad.

  • Look for the section labeled Feature Status.

  • You’ll see a dropdown toggle with three options for each of your site sections:

    • Draft

    • Live

    • Closed

This toggle now applies to both your event website (registration form + landing page) and your mobile app.

Switching to Live

  • A confirmation modal will appear: “This Will Make the Event Site Live.”

  • Your event site and mobile app become visible to the public.

  • Any saved changes will be published immediately.

Switching to Draft

  • A confirmation modal will appear: “This Will Unpublish the Event Site.”

  • Your site and app become hidden from the public.

  • Users visiting the URL will see a 404 page with a message that the site is not currently published.

Switching to Closed

  • A confirmation modal will appear: “This Will Close the Event.”

  • Both your event site and mobile app will be marked as closed.

Change History

Next to the Feature Status, you’ll see a history icon.

  • Clicking this icon will open a panel showing the status change history.

  • You can view:

    • The status that was changed (Draft, Live, Closed)

    • The timestamp of the change

    • The user who made the change

Limitations

  • Site-wide Status Only:

    • The Draft/Live/Closed toggle applies to the entire event site and mobile app.

    • No per-page or per-module control is available currently.
