This article guides you through the steps to adjust the width of the chat widget for your event.

Steps to Update Chat Widget Width

  1. Go to the Event Backend

    • Log into the backend of your event.

  2. Navigate to Chat Settings

    • Click on Networking from the side menu.

    • Select Chat Settings.

  3. Access the Branding Menu

    • Within Chat Settings, go to the Branding tab.

  4. Update Chat Width

    • Enter your desired chat widget width in pixels.

    • Note: The value must be realistic for screen sizes. A recommended range is 433px to 1080px.

  5. Apply Changes

    • Once the width is updated, the chat widget on the frontend will reflect the new dimensions accordingly.
