How to Download Chat Messages

Access the Event Backend
- Navigate to the backend of the desired event.
Go to the Analytics Section
- Select the "Post Event Reports" menu.
Filter the Chat Messages
- From the Chat section of the reports dropdown, select "Public Logs".
- Choose the report columns you want to include in your report.
- Set the timeframe for which you want to download chat messages.
- Specify the user type.
Generate and Download the Report
- Click on "Generate Report".
- The chat messages will be downloaded to your system as a .xlsx file.

Your chat messages are now available for review in the downloaded report. This helps you analyze event interactions and communication efficiently
