How to Send a PDF of Your Personalized Schedule to Your Email

Learn how to email a PDF version of your personalized event schedule to your registered email address using the vFairs App for quick and easy access.


  1. From the home screen of your mobile app, navigate to the section labeled "Agenda" (or the name you have chosen for it).
  2. After reaching the agenda screen, tap on the "My Schedule" tab to access your personalized agenda.
  3. Click on the email icon in the top left corner (see image below)
  4. This action will display a sliding sheet from the bottom of the screen, allowing you to verify your email address and send a PDF of your personalized schedule.
  5. Select "Send Now" to dispatch the email.
  6. You will shortly receive an email from vFairs containing a PDF attachment that resembles the following example.
