How to Enable and Use the Profile Switcher

Learn how to activate and use the Profile Switcher feature to easily switch between multiple user profiles for a smoother, more personalized experience.

Step 1:

Log in to your event backend.

In the left navigation, click "Mobile App" to expand the section, then click "Mobile Settings".

Step 2: Go to Settings

On the settings page, select "General"

Step 3:  Find the toggle

Under General, please find the following toggle and enable it to turn on the profile switcher feature for your event.

Step 4: Update Settings

Click "Update settings" to save the changes. 

 

Step 5: Login to the Mobile App

Log in to the mobile app using your credentials.

Please ensure that the email you use to log in is associated with two different roles; otherwise, the profile switcher feature will not function properly.

Step 6: Use the Profile Switcher

Click on "Menu" in the bottom navigation. 

When you click on the Profile switcher in the menu, you will see the following pop-up, where you can select which profile you want to use:
