How to hide a booth

Hiding a booth is a useful feature for organizers who want to temporarily or permanently make a booth invisible to attendees without deleting it. Here's a quick guide:

1. Navigate to the Booth Management Section
   Login to the backend and click on 'Booth Management' section in the left side bar.

   

2. Select the Booth to Hide
   Locate the booth you want to hide. Click on "Edit" option of the booth to access the booth settings. 

   

3. Change Visibility Settings
   In the Edit drawer, click Advanced settings and scroll to the bottom of the drawer to locate 'Hide Booth' toggle. Enable the toggle to hide the booth.

   

4. Save Changes
   After updating the visibility setting, click "Save" to confirm your changes. 

   

Hiding a booth allows organizers to maintain control over event visibility without deleting valuable booth data, making it easy to reactivate when needed.
