📊 How to Hide Reports from the Exhibitor Portal
Event organizers can control the visibility of reports in the Exhibitor Portal at two levels — either by hiding the entire reports section or by allowing only basic stats while hiding downloadable reports.
1️⃣ Hide Complete Reports (Stats + Reports Menu)
To completely hide reports and statistics from the Exhibitor Portal:
-
Go to your Event Backend.
-
Navigate to Exhibitor Management Settings.
-
Open the Exhibitor Portal tab.
-
Enable the toggle “Hide Reporting Tab.”

Behavior:
-
The Reports menu will be removed from the Exhibitor Portal navigation.
-
The Overview tab will no longer display any statistics.
2️⃣ Show/Hide Downloadable Reports Only
If you want exhibitors to still view high-level stats but restrict access to downloadable reports:
-
Go to your Event Backend.
-
Navigate to Exhibitor Management Settings → Exhibitor Portal.
-
Enable or disable the toggle “Enable Reporting for Booth Admin.”

Behavior:
-
When enabled → Booth admins can view and download detailed reports.
-
When disabled → Only summary stats will appear, and downloadable reports will be hidden.
3️⃣ Control via RBAC (Organization Level)
Alternatively, you can manage these permissions through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) at the organization level.
-
Enable or disable reporting permissions globally for all events under your organization.
-
Event-specific overrides can still be managed individually from the Exhibitor Portal settings.
Summary
| Control Level | Setting Location | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Hide All Reports | Exhibitor Management Settings → Exhibitor Portal → Hide Reporting Tab | Removes entire reports section and hides stats |
| Hide Only Downloadable Reports | Exhibitor Management Settings → Exhibitor Portal → Enable Reporting for Booth Admin | Shows basic stats, hides detailed downloads |
| Organization-Wide Control | RBAC Settings | Manage report access globally for all events |
By using these controls, organizers can manage exhibitor access to reporting data based on their event type, data privacy requirements, and partnership structure
