How to Send Restream Guest Invitations to Assigned Speakers

Learn how to automatically send guest invitation emails to speakers added to a Restream session, ensuring they receive their unique access links without requiring organizers to manually copy and send invitations individually.

1. Navigate to the backend and go to Agenda & Speakers → Sessions Listing.

2. Click on the Settings button and select the Session Types tab.

3. Turn on the Restream Session toggle and then enable the sub-toggle labeled Initiate Restream Speaker Invite Email.

4. Add a new session under the Restream session type from the backend and associate the relevant speakers with it.

5. Once a speaker is added to the session, a guest invitation email is automatically sent to their registered email address.

 

6. If needed, you can manually re-send the invitation by clicking the Resend Email icon within the Session Users section.
