How to View Private Chat Logs

Steps to Access Private Chat Logs

Go to the Chat Backend

Navigate to the event's backend dashboard.

Access Private Chat Logs

Click on Networking from the side menu.

Select Private Chat Logs from the dropdown.

Apply Filters to View Desired Logs

Sender: Choose the user who has sent the message.

Receiver: Choose the user who has received the message.

Select Chat Duration: Set a date range to filter messages exchanged during that time period.

Note: If not specified, the system will display the complete chat history.

Keyword: Enter a keyword if you're searching for specific terms within the chat.

Click the Search Button

Based on the filters applied, the chat logs will appear in the right pane.
