Managing Reporting 360 Permissions at the Event Level

Organisers can now manage Reporting 360 access separately within event-level Roles & Permissions. This allows you to block Reporting 360 while keeping access to Cross Event Reports.

How to Configure:

  1. Go to Teams → Roles & Permissions.

  2. You can either Edit an Existing Role or add a new one.



3. Select the Event Tab and scroll down to find the Analytics Section 
    1. Under this you can disable access to Reporting 360 for that specific role.

4. Click Save to apply changes.

Note:

  • The Reporting 360 permission works independently of Cross Event Reports.

  • Disabling it only affects Reporting 360 access for the selected event roles.
