Revamped 3D Booth Builder & Booth Setup

We have introduced a revamped 3D booth builder and booth setup, currently in beta on production. This new feature eliminates the need for a third-party booth builder, allowing admins and exhibitors to set up their booths directly within the vFairs ba

Enabling the New Booth Builder

  1. Go to Event Settings

    • Navigate to the Event Settings section in the backend.

  2. Access Event Aesthetics and Graphics Settings

    • Under Event Aesthetics and Graphics Settings, locate the "New Booth Builder" toggle.

  3. Enable the Toggle

    • Switch on the "New Booth Builder" to activate the feature.

Managing Booths Using the New Setup

  • Once enabled, booths can be managed from the Exhibitor Management Module.

  • Exhibitors and admins can now create and edit booths seamlessly without leaving the vFairs backend.

Reverting to the Old Setup

  • Users can switch back to the old booth setup form at any time.

  • All data will be automatically synced between the new and old versions.
