Ability to Select Meeting Duration While Booking a Group Meeting

Users can now select a meeting duration while booking a group meeting, allowing for more flexibility in scheduling. Follow the steps below to enable this feature.

Steps to Enable Meeting Duration Selection

  1. Go to Event Setup

    • Navigate to Event Setup > Group Meeting in the backend.

  2. Enable "Allow Meeting Duration" from Custom Settings Section

    • By default, this toggle is disabled.

    • Switch it ON to enable meeting duration selection.

  3. Select a Meeting Duration

    • Once enabled, while booking a group meeting from web front users can choose from predefined time slots: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

       


  4. Check Availability

    • Based on the selected duration, the system will display the availability of all meeting guests. E.g. In below screenshot duration of 45mins is selected for meeting.

Note: Currently this functionality is only available while booking a meeting from web front.
