How to display end time for event agenda through page builder

Adding an end time and a time zone selector helps attendees clearly view session durations and timings. This guide explains how to configure these options in the agenda through the Page Builder.

 

1. Access the Page Builder

  • Log in to the event backend.
  • Click on Event Content and select Page Builder from the dropdown menu.

2. Open the Page Builder Editor

  • Click on Page Builder Editor to access the editing interface.

3. Open the Agenda Dropdown

  • Locate and click on the Agenda dropdown to expand the settings.

4. Enable End Time and Select Date Format

  • Click on the Show End Time toggle to enable the feature.

  • Select the preferred Date Format from the Agenda Date Format dropdown.

Note: You can also enable the Show Time Zone Selector toggle. This gives attendees the option to switch between viewing the agenda in the event time zone or their local time zone.

5. Save Changes

    • Click Save Changes to apply the new settings. 


       

Outcome

  • The agenda now displays the end time and time zone selector on the landing page, providing attendees with clear session schedules.



Note

  • If any changes are made to the sessions, ensure you save the landing page again to reflect the updates.
