How to display end time for event agenda through page builder

Adding an end time to the event agenda ensures attendees have a clear view of session durations. This guide explains how to enable and configure the end time display in the agenda through the Page Builder.

1. Access the Page Builder

  • Log in to the event backend.
  • Click on Event Content and select Page Builder from the dropdown menu.

2. Open the Page Builder Editor

  • Click on Page Builder Editor to access the editing interface.

3. Open the Agenda Dropdown

  • Locate and click on the Agenda dropdown to expand the settings.

4. Enable End Time and Select Date Format

  • Click on the Show End Time toggle to enable the feature.

  • Select the preferred Date Format from the Agenda Date Format dropdown.

5. Save Changes

    • Click Save Changes to apply the new settings. 

       

Outcome

  • The agenda now displays the end date and time on the landing page, providing attendees with clear session timing.

Note

  • If any changes are made to the sessions, ensure you save the landing page again to reflect the updates.
