Adding and Managing Product Notes in the Mobile App
The Notes feature in the mobile app allows you to capture and organize important information during your event. You can add new Product notes, edit them, or delete them as needed.
Steps to Add a Product Note

Login to your mobile app.

Tap the Notes tab from the main menu.

You will see standard note types:

General
-
All
-
Sessions
-
User Notes
- Products
-

Click Products section and tap the “+” (add) button at the bottom right of the screen.

Enter your Note Title in the first field.

Enter your Note Details in the second field.

Tap the Save button at the top right of the screen.

A confirmation message will appear when your note is saved.
Steps to Edit a Note

Open the Notes tab and select the note you want to edit.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the note.

Select Edit.
-
Update the title or details of your note.

Tap Update button at the top right to save your changes.
Steps to Delete a Note

Open the note you wish to delete.

Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
-
Select Delete.
-
Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
-
Your note will be permanently deleted.
With these easy steps, you can easily add, edit, and manage all your product notes during your event.
