Vendors may sometimes need to split product shipments across multiple dates. With the Shipment Date Selection feature enabled, vendors can assign different shipping dates to the same product directly from their cart.
Step 1: Log in to Your Trade Show Backend

Use your admin credentials and login to the event's backend portal.
Step 2: Navigate to Trade Show Settings

From the left-hand navigation menu, click Products under Trade Show Module.

Then Click Settings Tab present at top right of the products screen
Step 3: Enable Shipment Date Selection

On the settings screen, In Core Trade Show Features, locate the option Enable Shipment Date Selection.

Toggle the switch ON.

This allows vendors to select shipment dates from a calendar view.
Step 4: Configure Shipping Dates

Go to Date Management in the left-hand menu.

Click + Add Dates and select the available shipping dates you want to allow.

Confirm and update the settings.
Step 5: Vendor Cart Experience

Once enabled, vendors will see a calendar icon next to the product quantity selector in the cart.

They can click the icon and assign different shipment dates for the same product (e.g., splitting 10 units across Oct 5 and Oct 10).

The system will track the selected dates and quantities.
Result
Now vendors can easily set different shipment dates for the same product in their cart, helping them manage staggered deliveries more efficiently.
