This guide walks you through how to customize the invoice template used for Booth Negotiation. While you can fully control the layout and design of the invoice, the fields included on the invoice are fixed and not configurable.
Step 1: Navigate to the Invoice Builder

Go to the Exhibitor Management section from the left navigation panel.

Click on the Booth Negotiation tab.

In the top-right corner above the negotiation table, click the More button (three dots).

Select Invoice Setup from the dropdown menu.
This opens the Invoice Builder with the Invoice Template tab selected by default.
Step 2: Customize the Invoice Template

In the Invoice Template tab, the default booth invoice will load in the visual editor.

You can use the editor to:

Upload or change your logo

Modify font styles, colors, spacing, and section layout

Add custom blocks such as legal disclaimers, payment terms, or company contact info

Use the drag-and-drop tools to reposition layout elements.

Click Save to apply your changes.
This customized template will be used whenever an invoice is generated after a Booth Negotiation is finalized.
Important Notes

Invoice Fields are Fixed:
The fields that appear on the Booth Negotiation invoice are not configurable. They are pre-defined and standardized across all events. -
Event-Specific:
Each event has its own invoice template. Customizations you make will apply only to the current event. However on copying event, the customized invoice template will be transferred and reflected. -
No Impact on Past Invoices:
Changes to the template only affect invoices generated after the updates are saved. -
Reset to Default:
You can revert to the system default template at any time by selecting the Reset to Default option in the editor.
