Enabling the Cancel Registration Option

Event organizers can allow attendees to cancel their registrations with a simple setting in the event backend.

To enable this option:

  1. Navigate to the event backend and go to Event Setup.
  2. Locate the toggle for "Allow Attendees to Cancel Registration."
  3. Turn it on and click Update.

Once enabled, attendees can cancel their registration either from the main registration page or via Account Settings in the My Account module.

This feature provides flexibility for attendees while keeping event records up to date.
