Booth exhibitors have access to an admin view that allows them to manage booth settings, event statistics, videos, documents, and job postings (if applicable). The visibility of certain sections like Videos and Documents can be controlled via event s
Exhibitors can seamlessly log in to their exhibitor portal via the backend portal using their existing app credentials to manage their booth-related activities efficiently.
How to Login to the Exhibitor Portal

Exhibitors can view all their assigned booths from this screen and set them up as needed.

How to Switch Between Booths
If you are an exhibitor assigned to multiple booths, you can seamlessly switch your workspace view to manage different booths.
- Location: The Booth Switcher dropdown is located at the top of the side navigation menu.

- How to Use: Click the dropdown menu, view the list of your assigned booths, and select the booth you want to manage.

- Behavior: The portal will instantly update to show data, settings, and metrics only for the selected booth.
- Note: If you are only assigned to a single booth, this dropdown menu will be automatically hidden.
Accessing the Live Event ("Go to Frontend")
Exhibitors can instantly preview their booth configurations and view the live event from an attendee's perspective without logging in again. The portal utilizes a secure, single-sign-on link to automatically authenticate the user on the live site.
Steps to access the Internal Environment:
- Look at the top right corner of the Exhibitor Portal and click on your Profile Name.
- From the dropdown menu, select Go to Frontend.
- A new browser tab will automatically open, securely passing an authentication token.
- You will be instantly redirected and logged into the live event venue (e.g., the Exhibit Hall) as an attendee, bypassing the login screen entirely.

Reporting Screen

Booth admins can access event statistics, classified by different booths.

Videos Screen

Booth admins can view, edit, delete, or upload videos associated with their booth.


Documents Screen

Users can view, upload, edit, or delete documents for their booth(s).


Note: The Documents and Videos menus can be hidden using a toggle in Exhibitor Management->Booth Management->Settings. By default, this toggle is enabled, but it can be adjusted to hide these sections from exhibitor login.


Jobs Screen

This is a conditional menu that only appears when the event type is Career Fairs.

From this menu, exhibitors can add, edit, or delete job postings.

Exhibitors also have the option to bulk import job listings.
