How attendees can self-check into the event

Learn how attendees can easily check themselves into the event using self-check-in options, enabling a smooth and independent entry process.

Activating the Check-In Feature for the Mobile Application (Must be done by Admin or Event Owner)

  1. On the left navigation of the Backend Dashboard, click on Mobile Settings:
  2. Click on QR Code, Check-In, and Contact Exchange

  3. Activate Check-In by enabling the following toggle:
  4. Scroll down and click Update Settings:
  5. The Self Check-In feature is now activated, allowing attendees to conveniently check themselves into the event.

 

Steps for Attendees to Self-Check Into the Event

  1. Log in to the mobile app using your registered email address and password. 
  2. On the home screen, click on the Menu button in the bottom navigation. This will open the event menu for you.

  3. Click on the "Check-In" option Next to your name.
  4. Check-Out Process

    Once checked in, the menu will show a "Check-Out" button next to your name. Press this to update your attendance status and complete the check-out process.
