Learn how attendees can easily check themselves into the event using self-check-in options, enabling a smooth and independent entry process.
Activating the Check-In Feature for the Mobile Application (Must be done by Admin or Event Owner)
- On the left navigation of the Backend Dashboard, click on Mobile Settings:
- Click on QR Code, Check-In, and Contact Exchange
- Activate Check-In by enabling the following toggle:
- Scroll down and click Update Settings:
- The Self Check-In feature is now activated, allowing attendees to conveniently check themselves into the event.
Steps for Attendees to Self-Check Into the Event
- Log in to the mobile app using your registered email address and password.
- On the home screen, click on the Menu button in the bottom navigation. This will open the event menu for you.
- Click on the "Check-In" option Next to your name.

Check-Out Process
Once checked in, the menu will show a "Check-Out" button next to your name. Press this to update your attendance status and complete the check-out process.
